•ProsMessage received from NBP branck that your ATM card is ready. Please collect your ATM card from your branch. Presently i am in abroad and not collect my card. If you permit me my wife will collect my ATM card on my behalf on authority letter.

•ConsTo day 10-11-2020, I was very disappointed by the NBP branch code 0557 Rawalpindi when cheque clearing clerk refuse to clear my open Check with the objection that cheque carrier (my son) must produce authority letter then only will be cleared. When my son (accountant by profession) insist to produce this self made law under the shelter of security measure in written form. He refused to provide. Then my son went to Branch manager and manager operation to seek help for written wordings for producing authority letter. The both managers could not help him. And then clerk announced a new reason of mismatching of my signature. Son return home by wasting time and travelling expense with tension given by the clerk and senior management. I am a corona patient and under treatment also become tense. My son decide to take me to bank in sick condition as authority letter . We (me and my son) went to bank (NBP code 0557) and present the cheque to the same clerk. He clear the cheque with out any objection. Why ?. I can not understand. If my signature was not matching then how it matches now?. I was standing in front of him with mask, even he can't see my face. Perhaps my money was the reason for the tension. Clerk and both manager were right and always right because they are expert to play with other's money. I am sure that my these dirty words will give me further tension when I may receive like this "If you are not satisfy from NBP services then you are free to close your account." . And if get then I promise to close my account.
